Products in undamaged condition, original packaging, and within 30 days of order are eligible for returns. See exceptions and exclusions for items not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To return an item contact customer support, sales@cut-n-rust.com within 30 days of your order. Return requests received outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for return.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment less any restocking fees, once the returned item is received.

Restocking Fees:
There will be a 15% restocking fee for any returned item(s).
Damaged/Defective Items or Shortages:
Customers must notify customer support (sales@cut-n-rust.com) within 5 business days if they receive a damaged or defective product. Include your order number as well as photos and a description of the damage.
Wholesale customers who have shortages must notify customer support (sales@cut-n-rust.com) within 5 business days
