Refund policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Products in undamaged condition, original packaging, and within 30 days of order are eligible for returns.  See exceptions and exclusions for items not eligible for return.
  2. Return Process:

    • To return an item contact customer support, sales@cut-n-rust.com within 30 days of your order. Return requests received outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for return.
  3. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment less any restocking fees, once the returned item is received.
  4. Exceptions and Exclusions: Not eligible for return

    • Sale Items
    • Custom Orders
    • Name Drop Items
  5. Return Shipping:

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  6. Restocking Fees:

    • There will be a 15% restocking fee for any returned item(s).
  7. Damaged/Defective Items or Shortages:

    • Customers must notify customer support (sales@cut-n-rust.com) within 5 business days if they receive a damaged or defective product.  Include your order number as well as photos and a description of the damage.  
    • Wholesale customers who have shortages must notify customer support (sales@cut-n-rust.com) within 5 business days
  8. Legal Disclaimers: 
    • Due to the handmade nature of our products there will be a variation in colors and color schemes due to the handmade nature of the product. Customers can request a preferred color, but it's important to note that your request is not guaranteed.
